"Cool Met Stuff": Sand and Dust: A Rare Phenomenon?

Sand and dust weather may be rare in Hong Kong, but when conditions are right, dust can still sweep in and affect us. The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff" introduces the formation mechanisms of sand and dust weather, as well as how to access relevant information issued by the Observatory.
