Although there are no volcanic activities in Hong Kong, volcanic eruptions thousands of miles away can still produce volcanic ash that may affect Hong Kong. The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff" introduces what volcanic ash is, its potential impacts, and how the Observatory monitors volcanic ash.
