To enhance the quality management of its professional services, the Information Technology (IT) service management system supporting the critical infrastructures of the Hong Kong Observatory was also awarded the International Organisation for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 20000-1:2018 certification in 2022.
