More Weather Photos for Local Aviators

As local air traffic is becoming busier than ever, general weather information including visibility and cloud bases is becoming more important to the operation of local aviation.

To provide local aviators with a more comprehensive overview of weather conditions around Hong Kong, weather photos at Waglan Island (looking towards the west) and Tsim Sha Tsui (looking towards the west) were added on the Aviation Meteorological Information Dissemination System (AMIDS). These, together with existing weather photos at other locations, enhance the provision of weather information for supporing flight planning and operation of local aviators.
