Online Video Course on Weather Observation
The "Online Video Course on Weather Observation" explains concisely the basic weather observation methods and techniques, such as identification of different types of clouds, understanding of the design and measurement principles of various meteorological observation equipment, and the use of "MyObservatory" mobile app in rainy weather.
