World Meteorological Organization Workshop on Development and Use of Automated City Weather Forecast Products

In early December 2021, the Observatory organised an online workshop on “Development and Use of Automated City Weather Forecast Products” under the Voluntary Cooperation Programme (VCP) of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). About 40 participants learned the latest developments in applications of Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) models, as well as post-processing techniques on model outputs to generate forecast guidance and automated forecast products for cities.
