Image of radar echoes captured at 7:12 a.m. on 24 September 2025 when Ragasa was about 120 km from Hong Kong. Although the double eyewalls of Ragasa contracted slightly due to eyewall replacement, its outer eyewall still battered the southern part of Hong Kong and nearby convection remained intense.
