Mr TONG Yu-fai, SO Mr CHOI Lap-man, CSA Mr CHAN Ho-yin, SSA Mr LEUNG Chi-on, Analyst/ Programmer II Mr LO Chai-yuen, Analyst/ Programmer II	These officers were commended for their effort in protecting the Observatory’s website from malicious cyber-attacks, which had secured the reliability of the Observatory’s on-line services.
Ms SONG Man-kuen Sandy, SSO Mr YEUNG Hon-yin, SO Mr HON Kai-kwong, SO Mr WAT Kam-sing, CSA	These officers were commended for their timely and effective communication with the public on the Observatory’s decisions and relevant information of issuing Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals during the passage of Tropical Cyclone Linfa.
Mr LEUNG Kwai-kong, SA	This officer was commended for his effort in going into the eye of Tropical Cyclone Linfa by flight to collect the meteorological data under difficult conditions, which greatly assisted the Observatory in forecasting the intensity of Linfa.
Dr LAM Hok-yin, SO Mr FUNG Kwok-chu, SSA Mr CHOW Chi-hung, SSA Mr YIP Choi-hung, SA	These officers were commended for their deployment of the first automatic portable upper-air sounding system, which made collection of valuable upper-air meteorological information at any location possible.
Mr LEE Kwok-lun, SO Miss LI Yuet-sim, SO Mr WAT Kam-sing, CSA Mr TONG Ling-kit, Analyst/ Programmer II Mr LUK Siu-kong, SA Mr CHAN Wing-yat, Analyst Programmer Mr LI Yuk, Project Manager Mr YIP Siu-ho, Analyst/ Programmer II	These officers were commended for their success in developing and implementing the advanced Video Wall Presentation System, which had greatly enhanced the presentation of massive volume and varieties of weather information at the Central Forecasting Office.
Dr PAN Chi-kin, SO Mr LUN Siu-hung, EO Ms LO Hing-yi, Analyst Programmer	These officers were commended for their contribution in developing and implementing the pilot Intelligent Meteorological Monitoring Assistant, which had strengthened the Observatory’s capability　and flexibility in weather monitoring and forecasting.

Mr LUI Wing-hong, CEO Mr LAU Dick-shum Dickson, SEO Mr IP Man-tak, SSA Mr CHOW Koon-shing, SA Mr YAO Sai-kit, System Developer	These officers successfully deployed a drifter buoy over the South China Sea for the Observatory for the first time in June 2015.
Mr CHAN Ying-wa, SO Mr LEUNG Yin-kee, RSM Mr NG Shu-kwan, RSM Mr YU Choi-loi, RSM Mr SIU On-pong，Works Supervisor II Mr YU Siu-man, Artisan Mr TANG Kwong-yeung, Artisan Mr NG Sai-man, Artisan	These officers maintained the Huangmao Zhou automatic weather station. They ensured that the station could function properly during the typhoon season so as to assist the Observatory’s weather forecasting tasks.
Mr LI Kin-wai, CEO Mr LEUNG Ka-man, CSA Mr NG Yiu-wah, SSA Mr LAU Ying-hong, SA Mr YEUNG Sau-wai, SA Mr CHAN Wai-wing, Programmer	These officers developed the new version of the Climatological Information Services webpage which provided much more climate data and related news and educational materials for the public to access.
Mr LAU Chi-ho, RSM Mr KWONG Ching-kan Keith, RSM	These officers timely repaired our weather radars in August 2015 after lightning strikes and resumed the Observatory’s radar imagery services within the shortest possible time.
Ms CHAN Yuk-hing, EO Mr CHENG Tsz-lo, EO Mr CHIU Yu-yeung, EO Mr LUN Siu-hung, EO Mr FUNG Kwok-chu, SSA Ms LEUNG Man-yee, SSA Mr CHEN Yung, SA Ms MOK Wai-ling, SA	These officers provided tour guide service for the public in the past two years, which were well received by the public and aroused the interest of the participants towards weather and the Observatory’s work.
