Tropical cyclone forecast tracks and rainfall forecasts now available on “Earth Weather”

The Observatory today (21 June 2019) enhanced the “Earth Weather” website with the addition of tropical cyclone forecast tracks issued by the Observatory. Furthermore, apart from existing forecast products of temperatures, wind direction and wind speed, rainfall forecasts from computer model are now also available.

The URL of the desktop version of “Earth Weather” is https://maps.weather.gov.hk/wxviewer/index.html?lang=en. The new features above will also be introduced on the “MyObservatory” version shortly.
