Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong
Observatory.

The active southwesterly airstream to the south of Tropical
Depression Noul is bringing showers and thunderstorms to the
coast of Guangdong.

At 8 p.m., Noul was centred about 430 kilometres south of
Changsha. It is forecast to move north-northwest at about 15
kilometres per hour into the inland area of southern China
and further weaken.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly cloudy with showers and squally thunderstorms.
Showers will be heavy at times tonight and at first
tomorrow. Temperatures will range between 25 and 29 degrees.
Moderate to fresh south to southwesterly winds, occasionally
strong offshore and on high ground at first, there will be
swells.

Outlook : The weather will remain unsettled in the following
couple of days. Sunny intervals and a few showers in the
latter part of this week.
