Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over many places fell below 60 per cent in the afternoon. Besides, an anticyclone aloft is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow It will be fine. The minimum temperature tomorrow morning will be about 26 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry and hot during the day with a maximum temperature of around 31 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Still fine and dry on Tuesday, hot during the day. The temperature difference between day and night will be rather large over inland areas. Windier with sunny periods in the following couple of days.
