Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon brought generally fine weather to southern China yesterday. Locally, it was fine. The weather was warm and dry during the day. The relative humidity over most parts of the territory fell to around 50 per cent. The northeast monsoon will continue to affect southern China in the next couple of days. A broad band of clouds will cover the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea gradually today and tomorrow. Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Thursday, 18 Dec 2025) Fine. The minimum temperature in the morning will be about 18 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 23 degrees. Becoming cloudy at night. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Mainly cloudy with one or two rain patches on Friday. Sunny periods on Saturday and Winter Solstice. It will be warm during the day. Slightly cooler in the morning in the following couple of days.
