9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A broad trough of low pressure will affect the coast of southern China persistently in the next couple of days. The weather will be unsettled over the region. Tropical Cyclone Narra is expected to turn northeastwards gradually later on Monday to Tuesday, edging closer to the vicinity of Leizhou Peninsula. The weather will be windier with occasional heavy showers and squally thunderstorms over the coast of Guangdong early to midweek this week. Tropical Cyclone Gaenari will dissipate gradually over the vicinity of Taiwan Strait today. On the other hand, Tropical Cyclone Saudel will move in the general direction of the vicinity of the Ryukyu Islands in the next couple of days. Its subsequent movement remains uncertain, with a higher chance to move towards the vicinity of the coast of eastern China. Under the influence of its subsiding air, the weather will become very hot over southern China in the latter part of this week.
