Weather Situation:
The northeast monsoon is affecting the south China coastal
waters.
At noon, Tropical Storm Toraji with maximum sustained winds
of about 85 kilometres per hour near its centre was located
at 20.4 degrees north, 115.8 degrees east. It is forecast to
move west-northwest at about 12 kilometres per hour across
the northern part of the South China Sea.
Meanwhile, Typhoon Usagi with maximum sustained winds of
about 130 kilometres per hour near its centre was located at
15.4 degrees north, 127.0 degrees east. It is forecast to
move west-northwest at about 22 kilometres per hour in the
general direction of the vicinity of Luzon Strait.

Hong Kong Adjacent Waters:
North to northeast force 6 to 7, becoming up to force 8.
Frequent heavy squally showers and thunderstorms.
Rough seas, becoming very rough.
Nan'ao:
East to northeast force 7 to 8.

Rough to very rough seas.
Shanwei:
East to northeast force 8 to 9, cyclonic up to force 9 at
first.
Frequent heavy squally showers and thunderstorms.
Very rough to high seas.
South of Hong Kong:
North to northeast force 7 to 8, becoming cyclonic up to
force 9.
Frequent heavy squally showers and thunderstorms.
Rough to very rough seas, becoming high.
Shangchuan Dao:
