This means that winds with mean speeds of 41 to 62 kilometres per hour are expected.
At 4 p.m., Tropical Storm Toraji was estimated to be about 220 kilometres southeast of Hong Kong (near 20.7 degrees north 115.4 degrees east) and is forecast to move west or west-northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour, edging closer to the coast of Guangdong.
