Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting southern China. Meanwhile, a broad band of clouds is covering the region. Weather forecast for today Mainly cloudy. One or two rain patches at first. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Sunny periods in the next couple of days. Windier on Friday. Becoming northerlies with one or two rain patches later on Saturday. Temperatures will fall appreciably at night. The minimum temperature will be around 15 to 16 degrees early next week.
