Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Strong to gale southeasterly winds, up to storm force on high ground. Overcast with squally heavy showers and thunderstorms. Seas will be very rough with swells. Temperatures will range between 25 and 29 degrees. Winds will become southerly and weaken gradually later tomorrow. Outlook : Still showery on Tuesday. Showers will be heavy at times at first. The weather will improve, showers will ease off and it will become very hot in the middle and latter parts of this week.
