Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over many places fell to 40 per cent or below around noon. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight It will be fine. Very dry in the afternoon. Moderate northeasterly winds. Outlook : Very dry tomorrow. It will be rather cool in the morning in the urban areas, temperatures will be significantly lower over parts of the New Territories. Winds will strengthen from the east later. Cloudier on Monday. Mainly fine in the following couple of days. Mild during the day.
