Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. An intense winter monsoon is bringing very dry weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, it was cold this morning. Temperatures over many places fell to around 10 degrees, and significantly lower on high ground. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine and very dry. Cold in the morning. The maximum temperature will be about 17 degrees during the day. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, winds strengthening from the east tonight. Outlook : Mainly fine and dry tomorrow. It will be cloudier and relatively humid in the following couple of days. Temperatures will rise gradually.
