Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to Guangdong. Locally, it was cool this morning, temperatures over many places were two to three degrees lower than those of yesterday. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine. Cool in the morning and at night. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 19 degrees. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore at first. Outlook : Fine and very dry early next week. It will be cool in the morning and at night. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large. It will be windy and slightly cloudier midweek next week.
