Warnings:
Strong winds in all areas.
Weather Situation:
A broad trough of low pressure is bringing unsettled weather
to the northern part of the South China Sea and the coastal
waters of Guangdong.
At 3 a.m., Tropical Storm Narra with maximum sustained winds
of about 75 kilometres per hour near its centre was located
at 20.5 degrees north, 107.9 degrees east. It is forecast to
be slow-moving and linger over the vicinity of Beibu Wan.
Meanwhile, Tropical Depression Gaenari with maximum
sustained winds of about 45 kilometres per hour near its
centre was located at 24.3 degrees north, 119.9 degrees
east. It is forecast to move west slowly across the vicinity
of Taiwan Strait and dissipate gradually.

Hong Kong Adjacent Waters:
South to southwest force 4 to 5, up to force 6 later.
Scattered showers and squally thunderstorms.
Moderate seas, becoming rough later.
Nan'ao:
Southwest force 5 to 6.
Frequent heavy squally showers and thunderstorms.
Moderate to rough seas.
Shanwei:
Southwest force 4 to 5, occasionally force 6.
Occasional heavy showers and squally thunderstorms.
Moderate to rough seas.
South of Hong Kong and Shangchuan Dao:
Southwest force 4 to 5, occasionally force 6.
Scattered showers and squally thunderstorms.
Moderate to rough seas.
