Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of southern China. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is covering the region. Besides, the area of low pressure over the western North Pacific to the east of the Philippines is intensifying gradually. A tropical cyclone appears to be forming. Another area of low pressure over the central and southern parts of the South China Sea is bringing unsettled weather to the region. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly cloudy. Dry with sunny intervals in the afternoon. One or two light rain patches tonight. Moderate northeasterly winds. Outlook : Dry during the day tomorrow. Windy and cloudier in the following couple of days. Slightly cooler on Wednesday morning.
