Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over most parts of the territory stayed at around 30 per cent in the afternoon. Besides, an easterly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong gradually. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Fine and very dry. Becoming cloudy tomorrow. Cool in the morning with a minimum temperature of about 16 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Sunny intervals during the day with a maximum temperature of around 19 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds, fresh at first, occasionally strong offshore. Outlook : Mainly fine in the following few days. Mild and dry during the day, but still cool in the morning.
