Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over many places fell to about 60 per cent around noon. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly fine and dry. Slightly cooler tonight. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground tonight. Outlook : Windier with slightly cooler mornings in the next couple of days. The minimum temperatures will fall to around 23 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Fine and dry with temperatures rising gradually in the latter part of this week to early next week. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas.
