Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over many places stayed at around 40 per cent in the afternoon. Besides, a band of clouds is covering the northern part of the South China Sea. At 4 p.m., Severe Tropical Storm Koto was centred about 380 kilometres south of Xisha. It is forecast to move north slowly across the southern part of the South China Sea. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Dry at first. Becoming cloudy. One or two light rain patches tomorrow. Bright periods during the day. Temperatures will range between 20 and 24 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Temperatures and relative humidity will continue to rise in the following couple of days. It will be mainly cloudy with one or two light rain patches. Slightly cooler midweek next week.
