Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A fresh to strong easterly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Meanwhile, the band of clouds covering the region is thinning out slightly. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Dry with sunny intervals in the afternoon. Mainly cloudy with one or two light rain patches tonight. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground. Outlook : The weather will be mild and relatively humid over the weekend. Winds will strengthen from the north and temperatures will fall next Monday. The minimum temperature in the morning on Tuesday will be about 13 degrees, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories.
