Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. An anticyclone aloft is covering southern China. The weather is mainly fine over the region. Meanwhile, an easterly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong. At 8 p.m., Tropical Storm Nakri was centred about 690 kilometres east-southeast of Okinawa. It is forecast to move northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour towards the vicinity of the Ryukyu Islands. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 28 degrees tomorrow morning. Hot and dry during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 32 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Moderate easterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore. Outlook : Sunny periods on Saturday. Showers will increase gradually with temperatures dropping slightly early next week. The weather will improve in the middle and latter parts of next week.
