Warnings:
Gale force winds in Nan'ao, Shanwei, south of Hong Kong and
Shangchuan Dao. Strong winds in Hong Kong adjacent waters.
Weather Situation:
The northeast monsoon is affecting the south China coastal
waters.
At 10 a.m., Severe Tropical Storm Fengshen with maximum
sustained winds of about 110 kilometres per hour near its
centre was located at 17.4 degrees north, 110.8 degrees
east. It is forecast to move west-southwest at about 12
kilometres per hour across the central part of the South
China Sea.

Hong Kong Adjacent Waters:
North to northeast force 6 to 7.
A few rain patches.
Rough seas.
Nan'ao:
North to northeast force 7 to 8, occasionally force 9.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms.

Northeast force 7 to 8.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms.

South of Hong Kong:
Northeast force 7 to 8.
