2. Paid Services |
The Hong Kong Observatory provides meteorological data (e.g. surface observations, upper air radiosonde data, signal/warning records) and certified weather reports upon individual requests, and the total charge are determined based on the different combinations of selected data. Here are some examples

Example 1: | The total charge for providing certified weather reports on hourly data of wind direction and wind speed at Hong Kong Observatory on 5 May 2020 is about HKD$750. |
Example 2: | The total charge for providing hourly data of wind direction, wind speed, gust, temperature, relative humidity, sea level pressure and rainfall at Tai Mo Shan from 5 Nov 2021 to 15 Nov 2021 is about HKD$800. |
Example 3: | The total charge for providing hourly data of temperature, wet-bulb tempreature, Dew point, relative humidity, sea level pressure and rainfall at 10 weather stations in 2020 is about HKD$1700. |
Example 4: | The total charge for providing hourly data of rainfall at 49 weather stations from 1 Jan 2020 to 30 Nov 2022 is about HKD$4200. |
