Request for Climatological Information

1. Online Resources
Members of the public are welcome to access and read the basic climatological database and publications published on this website. 2. Paid Services

The Hong Kong Observatory provides meteorological data (e.g. surface observations, upper air radiosonde data, signal/warning records) and certified weather reports upon individual requests, and the total charge are determined based on the different combinations of selected data. Here are some examples

Example 1:	The total charge for providing certified weather reports on hourly data of wind direction and wind speed at Hong Kong Observatory on 5 May 2020 is about HKD$750.
Example 2:	The total charge for providing hourly data of wind direction, wind speed, gust, temperature, relative humidity, sea level pressure and rainfall at Tai Mo Shan from 5 Nov 2021 to 15 Nov 2021 is about HKD$800.
Example 3:	The total charge for providing hourly data of temperature, wet-bulb tempreature, Dew point, relative humidity, sea level pressure and rainfall at 10 weather stations in 2020 is about HKD$1700.
Example 4:	The total charge for providing hourly data of rainfall at 49 weather stations from 1 Jan 2020 to 30 Nov 2022 is about HKD$4200.
