2023 Joint Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Meeting on Cooperation in Meteorological Operations and Seminar Held in Hong Kong

The first in-person Joint Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Meeting on Cooperation in Meteorological Operations since 2019 was held in Hong Kong from 20 to 22 February 2023. Participants discussed how to further strengthen cooperation in areas such as meteorological data exchanges, meteorological scientific research and innovation, as well as training meteorological personnel, in order to promote the tripartite work on the “Meteorological Development Plan for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (2020 – 2035)”. The meeting included a technical seminar, during which various experts presented a total of 22 papers.
