"Cool Met Stuff" : Tutorial on History of the Observatory

The Hong Kong Observatory disseminates weather information every day, which is closely related to the daily life of the public. How well do you know about the Observatory? Why is it named as the Observatory? Have you heard about the three major tasks of the Observatory when it was first established?
