Super Typhoon Mangkhut(1822)

10-minute mean wind direction and speed recorded at various stations in Hong Kong at 11 a.m. on 16 September 2018. Winds reached hurricane force at Cheung Chau Beach, Tate’s Cairn, Tai Mei Tuk, Green Island and Waglan Island at that time.

Note:  The 10-minute mean wind speeds recorded at the time at Tsing Yi was 27 km/h.
