The Observatory launched observations and forecasts at urban-scale meteorological monitoring stations
In May 2022, the Observatory enhanced the “Automatic Regional Weather Forecast in Hong Kong & Pearl River Delta Region” (ARWF) service, by adding microclimate stations. (More……)
The Observatory received ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification for the first time
The Information Technology (IT) service management system supporting the Observatory’s critical IT infrastructure received International Organisation for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 20000-1:2018 certification in March this year. (More……)
